How it all started
It was my own health crisis that brought me to naturopathic medicine. While serving in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, my health began to decline.
For years, I suffered from weight gain, headaches, fatigue, anxiety, depression, chronic sinus infections, digestive issues as well as frequent colds. I was told by several medical doctors there was nothing wrong with me and that all my bloodwork was “normal”. But I was not well and my quality of life had greatly diminished.
It was about this time that I ended up in the hands of an Integratively trained Doctor. He began to uncover the root cause of my symptoms which included food allergies, and autoimmune factors. From this point on I began to heal and seek out all things integrative
